The Project Coordinator will primarily coordinate and maintain the schedule for cleanroom service analysts to ensure client and project timelines are met. This role will serve as the liaison between cleanroom services, sample log-in and client services.


  • Assist overall project delivery related to schedule, quality, information, and contracts.
  • Coordinates and maintains Cleanroom Services schedule to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Oversee all information flow, attends project meetings to cover job progress, and assist in resolving complex project-related issues, disputes, and disagreements.
  • Serve as liaison between Cleanroom Services, Sample Login, and Client Services.
  • Monitors incoming materials or samples, ensures proper documentation and communicates to Sample Login and Client Services.
  • Oversees CRS internal inventory is managed to ensure maximum department efficiency.
  • Provides technical support to Quality Assurance.
  • Supports Quality Assurance on Deviations, Non-Conformances, and CAPAs pertaining to Cleanroom Services.
  • Maintains Client Dashboard with current and relevant project information for each Client’s project.
  • Maintain a high level of positive and effective communication with customers, team members, and management.


  • Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing multiple projects.
  • Prior cGMP experience preferred.
  • Good project management skills required. High attention to detail.
  • PMP or CAPM preferred.
  • Windows based computer knowledge
