  • As an IT Support Specialist, you will help to ensure proper computer and software operations so that end-users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests.
  • Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level.
  • You will install / implement and support new system solutions as needed.
  • As an IT Support Specialist, you will perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, VOIP phones, and peripheral devices along with initial support of wiring, switches, servers and storage.



  • Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Network Systems, or commensurate experience.
  • MCP and A+ Certifications preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in an information technology support role required.
  • Strong preference for GLP / GMP knowledge in a pharmaceutical, chemical, life science, etc. industry.
